Manchester Health Academy
The project delivered a successful 6-week course on tourism poster design with a group of year 9 students. This course focused on using photography as a starting point to expose the young people to new cultural experiences. Working with the interested and ideas of the young people to explore our city and what it has to offer. The young people learn skills in photography, elements and principals of graphic design, photo editing, critical thinking, creative expression, communication and problem solving.
We were so impressed by the group’s creativity and problem-solving skills.
We are looking forward to creating a film with a new group next term.
